With this plan, the user will also get calling and data benefits. The FUP limit for making voice calling every day is 250 minutes. BSNL has also discontinued tariff voucher of Rs 399 and recharge voucher of Rs 1,699 in these two circles. The new plan of Rs 399 has started from August 15.

399 BSNL Recharge Plan

With this BSNL plan, the user will get 1GB high-speed data every day. Unlimited data will be available after the expiry of the data limit but the speed will be reduced to 80kbps. This plan will provide unlimited voice calls, including domestic and national roaming (MTNL network roaming areas of Delhi and Mumbai). Talking about FUP limit, you will get 250 minutes outgoing limit (local + STD + outgoed roaming). The call on the FUP limit expires will attract a base tariff rate charge.

BSNL's Rs 399 plan will also receive 100 SMS, free BSNL Tune and free Lokdhun content every day. This plan can be activated through C-TOPUP, self-care and web portal.

To activate the plan through self-care, the user has to send the PLAN BSNL399 in writing to 123. BSNL has given information in this matter that the user will not get free BSNL Tune and Lokdhun content on plan activation through this medium. This new plan is currently launched for Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles.
